For nearly 20 years, Grace has devoted herself to representing clients in all aspects of trademark, copyright, licensing, patent and trade secret law with a focus on strategic counseling including branding and marketing strategy and clearance and intellectual property portfolio development.  She is particularly adept at helping clients understand the business and legal risks associated with the adoption, use, and registration of trademarks providing practical and realistic advice to help clients make strategic decisions aligned with their business goals. Grace has represented and counseled clients of all sizes and in a diverse range of industries including multi-national corporations, mid-sized companies and start-ups.  However, she works most extensively with emerging technology companies to identify, protect, manage, enforce and defend their intellectual property assets as well as efficiently resolve disputes concerning all aspects of their intellectual property.

 

Grace is particularly active in trademark and branding matters, utilizing her extensive in-house experience at Home Box Office to grow, police, defend and enforce her client’s trademark portfolios including representing clients in opposition and cancellations proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
